Spain is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world and offers a wide and constantly expanding range of accommodation.

Don’t assume that because the pension or hostel are modest accommodations, their prices will be considerably lower. In fact, the opposite can happen. Many guesthouses , hostels and 1, 2, or even 3 star hotels often have completely out of the market rates.
Choose your dates carefully
Housing prices in Spain can undergo significant variations throughout the year. Depending on the type of accommodation (urban or coastal hotels) and the season, you can find a wide range of rates.

Do your research and find out which are the dates of the most important holidays and peak season. This information will help you determine what the critical dates are in a particular city or region.
Typically, most major cities and the majority of the country reach low season low point between November and February. You will find low rates and great deals during this time. If you are planning a coast/beach holiday, high season is June to September. Prices during this period can be very high depending on the type of accommodation, the month (the peak is from July 15 to August 15) and the destination you choose.

Neighborhood. In some cities, neighborhoods vary widely and it will make all the difference to your visit if you ensure that the accommodation you choose is in the right location. First, see the location on a map so you know how convenient or inconvenient it is. Next, identify what is near the hotel or apartment (Are there points of interest for tourists?

As Seville is a fairly compact city, if you choose the location of your hotel well, you can probably reach all the sights on foot. Therefore, I advise you to choose a hotel in the city center. That is, inside the area located on the edge of the city walls, the Ronda and the Guadalquivir river.
